The ability to lead, drive and adapt to change has therefore become a critical competency for managers and individual contributors in organizations. In today’s business environment, you simply cannot afford to allow your people to keep doing the same things over and over again. The Building Change Agility program equips leaders with the skills to build teams that are agile and can capitalize on change.

Program Design & Agenda
The best kind of learning happens when participants discover the lessons themselves. The design of the program is highly interactive. We will rely on mini simulations and training games to create experiences where participants will discover lesson of change leadership for themselves. Through these interactive experiences, participants will realize the importance of:

Lectures will be kept to the bare minimum because they are just plain boring.

Facilitator
The facilitator for the program is Lim Poh Guan, a Founding Partner of the John Maxwell Team.

Program Dates & Venue
The workshop will be held on 7 and 8 October 2019 (Two-day program). The venue is the Concorde Hotel Singapore @ Orchard Road.
Program Fees
S$ 1,380 per participant
Early Bird Fee (Register by Monday 9 September 2019 to Qualify)
S$ 1,180 per participant
Group Discount of S$ 1,080 per participant (for 2 or more participants from the same organization)
Fees include all course materials, lunch and refreshments during the program. Details of payment procedure will be provided after registration. There is no GST.

Program Withdrawal Policy
A place will be reserved when you register. Kindly inform us if you wish to withdraw from the program by 9 Sep 2019 after which we reserve the right to charge 25% of program fee. If we do not receive a withdrawal notification by 23 Sep 2019, we reserve the right to charge full program fees. Substitutions are allowed.

Program Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to inform participants of the cancellation as soon as we can. All program fees that have been paid will be fully refunded if we cancel the program.
